Spicy and sweet grilled chicken skewers with a creamy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken chunks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Thread chicken pieces onto soaked skewers.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Brush or drizzle the bang bang sauce generously over the hot chicken skewers.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro and serve warm.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
