Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

  5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
  6. Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more heavy cream if desired.
  • Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
