Ingredients

  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Add broccoli florets to the sauce and cover. Cook 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer 3–5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and coated in sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or milk for heavy cream.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
