Ingredients

  • 1 cooked and sliced seasoned chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup pico de gallo
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 5 jalapeño slices
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Cook and season the chicken breast, then slice it into strips.
  2. Build the bowl with lettuce as the base.
  3. Add black beans and corn.
  4. Top with sliced chicken, pico de gallo, salsa, jalapeños, and a dollop of sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
