Fully Loaded Hashbrowns

Crispy hashbrowns topped with melted cheese, bacon, and a creamy sauce for a delicious breakfast or brunch dish.

  • 6 frozen hashbrown patties
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup sour cream or ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp milk (to thin sauce, optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil, as needed

Instructions

  1. Cook hashbrown patties according to package directions until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Place cooked hashbrowns on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over each hashbrown.
  4. Return to oven or air fryer for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon.
  6. Mix sour cream with milk if needed, then drizzle over hashbrowns.
  7. Finish with chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, cook hashbrowns in an air fryer.
  • Adjust cheese and bacon quantities to taste.
