  • 2 lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into -inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Sliced red onion (optional)
  • Fresh cucumber slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat beef cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and caramelized. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
  5. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add chopped bell peppers and sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
  7. Return beef to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with sliced onions and cucumbers if desired.
