30-Minute Garlic Butter Salmon That Melts in Your Mouth

Quick and flavorful garlic butter salmon bites served with orzo for a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • lbs salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add salmon to the skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return salmon to the pan and toss gently to coat in garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat.
  6. In a separate saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Add orzo and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes until tender and liquid is absorbed.
  8. Season orzo with salt and pepper, then fluff with a fork.
  9. Serve salmon bites alongside orzo and garnish with additional parsley.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
