  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add steak to the hot skillet and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return steak to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter. Sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat.
  7. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  8. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  9. Serve steak bites alongside the Parmesan pasta and garnish with additional parsley.
