A healthy and easy-to-make ground turkey taco bowl packed with protein and flavor. Perfect for meal prep or a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup guac
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup Siete grain free chips

Instructions

  1. Cook and season the ground turkey in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  2. Build each bowl with lettuce as the base, then add ground turkey and Mexican cheese blend.
  3. Top with guac, pico de gallo, salsa, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
  4. Serve with Siete grain free chips on the side (or crushed on top).
