Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add patties and cook for 5-6 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Use lean ground chicken for best results.
  • Don’t overmix the patty mixture to keep them tender.
  • Let patties rest for 5 minutes after cooking for juicier burgers.
