  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roast the Vegetables: Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes until tender and lightly charred.
  2. Cook the Steak Bites: Heat a skillet over high heat with a drizzle of oil. Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Finish with Garlic Butter: Reduce heat, add butter and garlic, and toss steak bites to coat. Optional: splash of soy sauce or bismarck for extra depth.
  4. Serve: Plate steak bites with roasted vegetables. Spoon pan juices over the top.
