Keto Fantastic Garlic Flatbreads

Low-carb, gluten-free flatbreads packed with garlic flavor and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • Almond flour: 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 1/2 cups
  • Egg: 1
  • Garlic powder: 1 tsp
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano (optional): 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F, or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add mozzarella and egg, mixing well.
  4. Drizzle in olive oil and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Divide dough into 4 to 6 portions, roll into balls, and flatten into discs.
  6. Cook in a skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs before serving.
