  • 24 pepperoni slices

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet or small baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the keto tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sugar-free pizza sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Add the pepperoni slices in a single layer over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  7. Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log.
