Mozzarella Pepperoni Rolls

Easy-to-make mozzarella pepperoni rolls using refrigerated croissant dough, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.

  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2024 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce over each triangle.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  5. Roll up each croissant starting from the wide end and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
