  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2025 pepperoni slices
  • ¾ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking steel inside.
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large thin circle.
  3. Brush edges lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously across the surface.
  6. Add pepperoni slices evenly, then scatter sausage crumbles on top.
  7. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes if using.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling with browned spots.
  9. Slice and serve hot with plenty of cheese pull.
