Instructions

  2. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.

  5. Add cooked rice, corn, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
  6. Drizzle in soy sauce and stir well, letting the rice crisp slightly.
  7. Add butter and return sausage to the skillet. Toss everything together until heated through.
