Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls

Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls are a delicious and easy-to-make Italian-inspired dish. The combination of cheesy spaghetti baked inside a garlic-infused bread bowl creates a comforting meal perfect for dinner.

  • 4 round bread rolls or small sourdough loaves
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  3. Mix melted butter with olive oil, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the inside of each bread bowl.
  4. Bake bread bowls for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with marinara sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with spaghetti.
  7. Top generously with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  8. Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
