Spicy dumpling ramen

A spicy and flavorful ramen bowl loaded with dumplings, sausage, and soft-boiled eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic chili paste
  • 68 frozen dumplings (gyoza or potstickers)
  • 1 sausage link (chicken or pork), pan-seared and sliced
  • 2 eggs, soft-boiled and halved
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat chili oil over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and garlic chili paste until combined.
  3. Toss cooked ramen noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Steam or pan-fry dumplings until fully cooked.
  5. Divide noodles into a bowl and arrange dumplings, sliced sausage, soft-boiled eggs, and cucumber on top.
  6. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust chili oil and garlic chili paste to control spiciness.
  • Use fresh or frozen dumplings—both work well.
  • For extra crunch, add sesame seeds or fried garlic.
