Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Soy Noodles is a quick and savory dish perfect for weeknight dinners. Tender steak cubes are seared and tossed with flavorful noodles in a rich soy-based sauce.

Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into -inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz egg noodles or lo mein noodles
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  6. Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Toss cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Return steak bites to the pan and toss gently to combine.
  9. Serve immediately and garnish if desired.

  • For best results, use a well-marbled cut of steak like sirloin or ribeye.
  • Adjust the soy sauce to taste if you prefer a less salty dish.
  • You can substitute the noodles with rice or quinoa for a different texture.
