Garlic butter chicken bites are a quick and flavorful dish made with tender chicken pieces coated in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels, then season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes without stirring so they brown nicely.
  4. Flip and continue cooking for another 3–4 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Stir the chicken in the garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes, making sure every piece is coated.
  7. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley, then toss again until glossy and fragrant.
  8. Serve hot with rice, pasta, roasted vegetables, or potatoes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Use fresh garlic for the best taste.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
