  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.
  4. Shape each portion around a skewer into a long, thick kebab shape. Press firmly so the meat holds well on the skewers.
  5. Grill the kofta kebabs for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning carefully, until nicely charred on the outside and fully cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with extra chopped parsley and serve warm.
